Most windows os's should come with a program called WindowsMovieMaker :P You
can make and edit videos and video clips, and apparently take video clips
:-)

I've mirrored the two videos on one of my Web sites. You can
download/view the videos at:

http://www.vastnexus.com/aw/awvideo.wmv
http://www.vastnexus.com/aw/awvideo2.wmv

Please do *not* link to these videos from your Web site, AW property,
etc. without my permission. If I find others linking to it, I'll have to
install a CGI script that will take you to the main page of the site
when trying to view them.

A1CTtourist5 requested that I delete the mirrored videos off of my Web
server, so I complied with his request. If you go to the URLs in my
previous post in this thread, the links will return a "404 Not Found"
error. I was only trying to help with A1CTtourist5's Web site bandwidth
restrictions by mirroring the files.

Makes me very proud of A1CTtourist5 he came to A!!CT as a tourist and
applied to me for one of our cit loans at A1CTCITIZEN at AOL.COM He has been
liked so much by our A!!CT community that Ihave gave him unlimited continued
use of the cit. By the way we use A1CTtourist as name because a cit can't be
called A!!CTtourist5.

Getting off the immediate subject, but still on the subject of
advertising....... heres an idea.....

AWCorp could make a page for download that could be printed by us, the ppl
that love aw and want to see it get bigger and better. Once printed, this
page could be tacked to ppls local notice boards in their real life
community....school tuck shop, internet cafe, local shopping centre, sports
centre or any where appropriate.

As i have said before....the AWCommunity is AWCorps biggest asset and for
the cost of the time to make a simple "to be printed" page they could have a
world-wide reaching advertising campaign.

That's funny... No one up at AWC seems to see things that way. At least
their actions don't show it.

JerMe they just simply don't realize that. If you took activeworlds and
minused the community. AW would be extremely boring, 1/4th the worlds if not
more would disappear, many people would leave. But yet they just deny these
facts. Well this is probally what would happen if there was no community.
Just think about it ;)

Hi everyone:

[View Quote] Uhh....dan...Hate to burst your bubble, but you can't telegram a TOURIST
(unless he recently purchased a cit and never changed his name!)

Nice try though... :-)

Phalpha and Carl, if you use OE, you *should* be able to RIGHT click on the
link, then highlight and LEFT click on SAVE TARGET AS... that will bring up
a Save dialog box. From there I'm sure you know what to do.... :-)

Hope this helps....Cheers for now :-)

Hi everyone:

[View Quote] Skip DiVX. Go with MPEG Video instead. With a program I have called
VideoMach, I can extract the audio from them and make an MP3 out of it which
I can then upload to my Live365 accounts. Talk about promoting to THE
MASSES!!! :-)

But it would help if there was something called VOICEOVER added. :-)

Cheers for now everyone :-)

A1CTTourist5 has posted here in these newsgroups before.
Only citizens can post in these newsgroups.

Now, what conclusions can you draw?

Any Citizen can send me a Telegram. And I will be happy to help anyone that
is interested in editing video. :-) Just Not With There Own Tv Station, for
right now. Sorry I did not reply to these newsgroups sooner. I thought this
topic was dead and old, and so I did not check it.
