A quick question for one of the visitors in my world ... what keys do you
use to fly in a lap top? MissB tom huxtonApr 25, 2002, 5:20am

You need to use NumLock and the + and - (plus and minus) from your number
pad keys (not the number type keys at the top row) You must remember to exit NumLock to type in the message pane because NumLock changes the characters typed on your keys that are shared on the number pad portion. "lookup" becomes 36624- and "important" becomes 50-6rtant, for example........haha It can be done, but messages come out as gibberish if you forget to exit NumLock Thomas andrasApr 25, 2002, 7:00am

There should be an "Fn" or similar key and on the keyboard around the "k" key you'll see some grey or blue small print on the lower right corner. Those keys together replace the numeric keypad on the laptops.
