If you entered when you were twelve, and you
are seventeen now, how would you have been a citizen from 1995? because
simple math 17-12 = 5, and 1995 was seven years ago, you would've had to
start when you were like ten =\.

Right you are!
I neglected to do the math when I posted, as I said in the letter I was "around" 12 years old. I was actually 11 (all I remember
before doing the math is that I was between 11 or 12 and in the 6th grade). It's been awhile anyway.
