If you have any ideas on another way AW could fix the problem they are in,
please send it to who ever at AW that needs to read it. Because if AW goes
down they take all uni's down with them :-(

AW "can" if they want to, pull all uni's if they go down, AW ownes all uni
servers, program wise.

Actually...the uniserver program needs to connect to the AW Server to verify
the lisence code. If the AW server is offline (aka, if they go bankrupt and
close down) then al lthe Uniserver programs wont start the next time they
are started.
I also belive (but am not sure) that lisence codes need to be renewed
annually too...so even if they managed to keep the uniserver running after
AW goes down...it would still close after a year...

No they do not. They license the program/server to a company. If the
company owns the license, it doesn't have to do anything AW didn't ask
originally in that license.
