What gets me, and I'm not taking sides on this as I am good firends with
Ananas and Bodhi (from another universe). Is why, Bodhi, you felt you have to bring this dispute to the NGs, or for that matter, anywhere else than in that world. You guys complain that Active Worlds is changing. Well sorry to burst your little bubble, but there somthing you have to accept, Active Worlds isnt the little program with a few hundred worlds and a coupla thousend cits like it used to be. Theres one main reason Active Worlds has changed community wise....its got bigger...and with more people, there is less authority, and with less authority, people do bad things. And the whole Broadway/New York thing, which since became the Memorial thing, and now Bodhi and Ananas. Its you guys that are changing AW. You are the representation of Active Worlds, you are experienced, vocal people that exist dominantly throughout AW. And when you go and start feuds of such small disputes, your condeming the rest of AW to exist under your bad example. I'm sure people agree with me here. I'm not the only one to post things like this... Oh well, 'nuff said. -Gamer bodhiOct 4, 2001, 11:39am
WOW! I'm really impressed - you're such
a good and honorable person but if you can't see that this is about exposing the cowardice of a terrorist then how can I help that. I can rebuild my build - I would even have gladly deleted it myself had Carolann or Wilby (The world owner and project developer) asked me to. But I was violated. Ananas can make it look any way he wants he can get anyone to say anything about it. but the facts remain the same. WITHOUT CONTACT ME HE DELETED MY BUILD. Ananas is a terrorist... New site at: http://wolfinsheepscloths.homestead.com/0.html I'm not interested in popularity contests - I knew how ppl would respond to this before I posted it. I am not afraid of being unpopular because I do not dislike myself. However I do feel and very strongly that we all have a duty to expose violations of trust, dishonesty, etc. Hey I was not happy about admitting that I damaged GZ in my rage at Ananas but I new that ultimately for my own peace of mind I must be honest, tell the truth - and apologized to Wilby publicly in this NG. It is not humiliating to admit I am wrong when I am wrong, it is empowering - it released me from guilt. I sat on this for a couple of weeks hoping that Ananas would have the balls to do the same... He doesn't have any balls it seems? [View Quote] |
