Whatever happened to that new website and all those new objects for
public use? I thought it had a deadline of 8-1-01. Did I miss a new URL
perhaps? Also, I have never heard back after applying for the new web
ring. Is that dead too? Hope it's all going to be going good soon.

The August 1st deadline was only for a small part of the website, not
the entire thing. I don't think they've set a date for the entire thing
to be released, although "November" sounds familiar...

Any day now.....the dealdine was one for me, not a dealine for the site to
be up...and the objects stuff etc wont be on the initial website, all the
current stuff will be on there, but the cool stuff will be in an "expansion"
site claled my.activeworlds.com

I'm jsut trying really hard to get this one done, everything keeps changing
around ...

I applyed another site to be added, and I got the approval mail yesterday...
quite a few weeks since I applyed though, maybe you should get someone else
to admin the ring for you, Facter?

Umm, as it is not even yet up on the website, I havnt put any priority on
the webring Kah - my posting the link here was merely a preview for it, and
it isnt even active on the AW site yet, so I see no reason to be fast in
responding to it yet.

Facter,
Don't forget i'm still working on this webring script for you guys.
I have a good bit done (the basic framework, and the join/next functions).
However, there is still a good bit to go (next 5, previous 5, search, and
admin) Work has been slowed to a crawl due to school, soccer practice and
other facts of 'life'. Fear not! I will finish it. It would be great if
you could whip up some images and tables or whatever you want this thing to
look like. I'm to the point where a template of the code people need to copy
and paste would help. e-mail me with any questions... JerMe at nc.rr.com
