Dear readers, chatters and Active Worlds support,

I have ordered a connection 6 weeks ago in Cologne Germany, but I have
waited until today.
And now, NOTHING. No password, no fully connection. I have payed for this
service and until today I get nothing.
I have tried to call the German office, but I cannot reach anyone there.

I am very pleased, if you are able to request my password in Germany.
