level of intelligence of his posts have gradually decreased (no, that
comment about my article on AWN is not the only stupid comment he's made!),
much in the way of some other people who had a history of being nice who

I think Sun has been allowed to go mad enough already now, if newbies get on
and see this mess they'll think the NGs are for mad freaks who wanna post
cusswords and mad comments all the time. Why don't you put everyone that

the good news:
"United States Olympic Committee ("USOC") the exclusive right to use and
control the use of Olympic imagery and terminology in the United States."
Note the last part, "in the United States". So, solution to problem: get it
hosted elsewhere, and the USOC ppl won't have any say... I'll look at the
Norwegian Olympic Committee, maybe they're a bit more liberal on it (if
they've got copyrights/trademarks on it anyway)...

ugh, you still haven't got it... I'm not saying "move physical objects
around, or buy/rent others", I'm saying get a world/web host in Europe to
host the world/files! that's CHEAP! heck, you can even get nice webhosting
on European servers for FREE! Probably people willing to host worlds for
free during the event too... YOU get real, why do you think I'm so stupid???

I think it's sad that you're downgrading your world :-(( if AW goes down the
drain, at least there are many other good (and some better) unis/platforms
to which you could move your world (a world like that might even be welcomed
freely by a *smart* uniowner) :-))

beats me, I think you should respect ppl's wishes of not having their OPs
available to the public. There are plenty of good public OPs too (I'd say
mine hehe, but because the server is unreliable I won't, but anyone
interested can always use it, http://kahnews.cjb.net/multipath.php? or
alternatively http://home.no.net/awphp/multipath.php? (more reliable server,
sometimes a bit faster, but often erroneous and it hasn't been updated since
this autumn)... that was for today's shameless plug ;-)) ), no need to crack
the passwords to the private ones.

lol, why make such a fuss about the URL to their SEC file? here is a search
result page with all of their SEC filings (BTW, it looks as though they
haven't officially changed name to ActiveWorlds Corporation):

wow, great map! but maybe you could put little markers for every 100 or 50
coords so it's easyer to find stuff? maybe have them visible off by default
and have a switch somewhere so you can see the map with or without them?
keep the great work up! ;-))

I could give you webspace on my server, unlimited space and bandwidth, no
banners or crap of any kind. only downside is that it can be a bit slow at
times (especially if you're gonna be using lots of dynamic stuff located on
the same server). if you're interested, mail me [kah at kahnews.cjb.net] :-))
