How do you wanna enforce tourists to be unable to change their names?
Cits should always be able to change their name as long as they stay on the
same cit.

Put zipfile into the folder where AW is installed, rightclick and select
Extract to i.e. C:\Active Worlds\DEFAULT, overwriting the old sounds.
Make sure to back up the old sounds first in case you want them back.
