and by the way.... they havent made any money in the last quarter (or
at least not much)-like a buck... pitiful if you ask me

AWLD's long-term debt/equity ratio is 100.00% lower than the industry
average, which means the

company may not be as financially constrained by interest payments as its
competitors. Look at

AWLD's balance sheet and compare both its long- and short-term debt to
its competitors'. Also look

at how the debt/equity ratio has changed over time.

AWLD's 1 year ROA is 397.76% lower than the industry average, which
may indicate that AWLD

has not used assets as successfully as its competitors have.

AWLD's 1 year ROIC is 715.66% lower than the industry average, which
may indicate that AWLD

has made poor use of its debt and equity capital. Also examine AWLD's debt/equity
and earnings

growth to see how debt and earnings are affecting this ratio

AWLD has posted a loss for the last twelve months. A company's P/E ratio
is undefined when its

earnings are negative. Look at AWLD's price/sales ratio in comparison to
its competitors' to see if

strong revenues can justify AWLD's stock price. Also look at AWLD's financial
statements for a

detailed explanation of AWLD's losses.

AWLD's price/sales (P/S) ratio is 95.50% lower than the industry average,
which indicates that

investors are buying AWLD's revenue at a significant discount. This may
be an indication of lower

margins (ability to convert sales to earnings) or below-average sales growth.
Compare profit margin,

revenue growth and price/earnings to the industry to get a broader sense
of how AWLD is valued in

comparison to its competitors.

AWLD's price/earnings/growth (PEG) ratio is undefined. If a company
has posted a loss for the

trailing 12 month period, or expects zero or negative earnings growth for
the next year, then the PEG

ratio cannot be computed. Look at AWLD's financial statements for details
about AWLD's losses.

Walk through: If we assume initial earnings of $-100,000 grow at a rate
of 16.92%, and we discount those future

earnings at a rate of 20.00%, we arrive at a net present value for the
company's next 10 years of earnings of $0. To

account for potential earnings beyond the 10th year, we estimate a growth
rate of 6.00%, a discount rate of 12.00%,

and we arrive at a continuing value of $0. To complete the calculation
we add these two figures together, subtract the

long-term debt for AWLD ($0), and divide by the outstanding shares (8.55
million) to get a per share intrinsic value of

n/a.

now i think aw needs to get people to register... hell maybe free cits
one month to get people into it.. theyll be bound to renew....

now i didnt find one good comment on aw here.... how is aw gonna stay
afloat if they make no money in a whole quarter? i mean cmon 800 worlds
and they still dont make money? or is E N Z O going out partying every
day lol
all i know is half my contcts list is gone because of people leaving
aw.. and i was about to leave myself untill i got a world and met new people
and where will we all go without our *wonderful* AW?

THE WIERDEST BUG EVER!

Aug 5, 2001, 3:12pm
i've known of 2 bugs for a long time but have
never been able to get the second one to happen
when im TRYING to do it.... oh well here they are:

1) if your screen shuts of because of a power
saving feature and you turn it back on aw will
lock up after it says logging in when you try to
run it
SOLUTION: change the settings for your screen
size then change it back

2) now im not sure but i think this has to do with
aw running for a long period of time. what happens
is the textures and text and pictures from other
objects "cross over" and it looks REALLY weird.
bouncing doesn't work and the first time it
happened i went crazy cause i thought aw had broke
lol. but now i've caught a picture of it. the link
is below - you've got to look at it its the
freakiest thing ever lol.
SOLUTION: reboot

what really causes these to happen? both are very
annoying when they happen
