for the people that didnt get the attachment

anyone know if there is a basic age checking bot
for use in aw ? dont need anything flash just something that keeps track of cit and tourists ages and if they arnt in the DB it asks them for there age. age checking botAug 20, 2003, 3:48pm
how would that descriminate between regulars and new visitors ?

how about avatar handleing ?
so if people have a big avatar list and AW users that run on a low screen res can go to a gallery and see some avatars and type /male1 or what ever and the bot changes their avatar to the requested one. just a thought TourBot Script for XelagotJan 5, 2004, 9:59am
i use Preston for Tours , it can respond to

i am thick when it comes to net stuff and couldnt

you can use a password unmasker to unmask

The Megapath is an Object Path provided by AW
that has all the 3d home page and Alpha world objects all on the same Path and has nothing to do with Multipaths, and you cant upload anything to the AW Megapath. you can download the Megapath files and add them to your own Object Path. http://www.activeworlds.com/products/download.asp Thanks to AWDec 6, 2003, 12:44pm
iv'e never heard of anyone donateing objects to AW before maybe thats
because people naturally think AW won't accept them after all AW has it's own modelers. you could try emailing support at activeworlds.com and asking them if you could donate them , but to be honest i dont think AW would accept them. if you do let us know how you get on :o) Thanks to AWDec 6, 2003, 3:28pm

nope the Megapath is stand alone and you use it just as you would use any

the only rwx export plugins i have seen are for max 2.5,

Seeing as I have not seen Tengel in AW for some time now ( a few weeks ) i
would assume he is still having ISP issues and if that is the case it is pointless posting a message in these news groups as he wont be able to veiw it. What is the Point is us changing our Passwords when this is only going to happen again ?? Surely AW must be able to prevent this and are they in anyway accountable for it ? , i mean i know nothing about it but you would think AW would provide a secure enviroment. |
