Who said ANYTHING about bots?

this is for users, right next to the chat entry window, it wouldnt be the
hardest thing, and would help alot.

we have universes, galaxies, worlds, why not countries, maybe subworlds, i
dont know but itd be neat. maybe like you could seperate a part of a world.

figured it out, the countries would be CT setable, they would take space
from the world and divide it, so if you wanted to goto aw then lets say they
gave a part to Hu, it would be like teleport to aw/hu (hey it rhymes)

and a country would allwo you to chaneg features of that area, the area
would be inaccesable from walking, but it could have seperate rights, and
world features, kind of thing, but it would be a subworld.

I think since 3.5 has tabs, why not detach the chat window too!, then you
could use that and the tabs without the browser maximized, so you could like
put that over your internet explorer toolbar or something just so you can it
and not necessarily need to have the browser maximized.

yes id like that for the tabs too cuz I noticed the 3dweb fills the entire
screen now, so it goes behind the tabs window ;-)

Here are some things id love to see in aw;

1)weather: id love to have it snow and rain and stuff and have it accumulate
onto the ground over time and if you walked on certain surfaces (mud after
rain) (fresh snow) it would leave footprints.

2) Fly/shift as a right/cell: if it was a right or let you have it cell by
cell editable thatd be great!

3) Avatar attachable objects/inventory: if you could click an obejct and
have iut attacvh to your object , lets say you goto the supermarket and
click on a cheese, you could query with a bot whether you buy it or not, and
then yit atatchwes to your avatar on the name of the tagged part. Also the
inventory coudl be a part it would go onto the top above the chat window and
be smal lit woudl use thumbnails 64x64 big. and have arrows on either end,
it woudl have 50 slots. you coudl click stuff have it carried with you then
set it down or whatever, it would be great for seeding objects or just for
rpgs :-)

4)Activate console: just text that you click an object with activate console
"hello" that person would see the console hello.

5) ragdoll physics at least, and a pyshics engine too.

6) gif,png,bmp support; allows alot of customisation!

Physics is the most wanted thing as far as i can see, id love to see
rideable obejcts too can you imagine hopping in a car and your avvi speed
would increase like 50% or in a jet 200% ya know

I like this idea it would be rather simple, just configure the rwx, so the
texture in it changes when activate is used.

if it was temporary, or user only itd be really easy, but if you want it
permanent(until you click another texture) you'd need somesort of universal
cache, on aw server. not that hardest, but I could sense a price upgrade if
server space is used. :-)

OBJECT GRAVITY

would be great you could do your create sticky thing with it by setting the
object to something like

create gravity 0 10 0 (X Y Z where 10 would be the highest you could set it
to)

or

create gravity 10 10 10 (for spherical objects to make kickass planets with
a spherical output)

you see what I am getting at here?

certain people,rossyboy in particular, use seekerbots to annoy people,
there's no reason to have them, people say no to join, and a person uses a
seekrbot to find them, then people like rossyboy bypasses join altogether
just to annoy people, he follows particular people with it invites allot of
his friends, so if you don't have groundcover on ur build yet, he will
vandalize it. another thing people do is they find property, it may be
helpful to finds your own but when you use it to find others it sucks, it
gets rid of all privacy you could want in aw.

If I want to be alone and make like an ocean or something just to stare at
and reflect, 5 minutes later people with a seekrbot come by and throw a
party.

I think they need to be banned!

We need a activate command that lets everyone see the action that happens.
:-)

EX:
Activate rotate 15 time=1 target=all on a door
(this would cause everyone to see the door rotate)

Also since target is used for url in the command maybe change my idea
to -Activate rotate 15 time=1 all.

Clarification.
people who read the newsgroups reply, and there's allot of stuff like that,
if it can be done with a bot I know, being programmer myself. But if I
needed a bot id post in the bot news group, wishlist is for things you'd
like to see added to AW. Integrated into the software, and I wasn't trying
to insult your helpfulness sweets, but anyone who's ever touched a Preston
knows you can make things move with bots. What I wanted was for everyone to
see it smoothly, whereas with bots it must update the object, use timers,
and its a pain. I want it so when I click my door and open it everyone sees
it open, or when I jump off my diving board into the pool, everyone hears it
splash. or when I play my piano everyone can hear it, without the use of
bots.

Ok to me you all sound like ur wimps he he he. My school is closed tomorrow
they said over the intercom fourth period. and the current temperature
is -30ºF but of course with wind-chill its something like -47º. I had to
walk home, I froze my bum off, so until it gets warmer its closed. plus MLK
day on Monday so I have a 4 day weekend.

holy freak this is a bit weird, and ironic as you seem to be saying allot. I
have come to the understanding aw should be able to do everything a bot can
and more. AW should'nt NEED outside resources not programmed by awi in any
way shape or form to do jobs in aw. aw needs to be all inclusive. not just
ok here's the program, now go find 6-10 more programs and use them to make
your world fun and giggly.

no no no, time travel is only possible from the moment the first time
