I'd love to see an option that would make cloud layers create a shadow
on the ground that moves along with the clouds.

It would be nice to put additional coronas in the sky besides the sun
....would be very nice for those sci-fi worlds that have multiple planets
or moons in the sky.

Would also be nice for the sky to change slowly over time as set by a
setting ...as in...dawn to day to sunset to night..or planets moving in
different areas in the sky, etc.

That would not work for organizations that require the usage of a PPW to
get rights. There couldn't be someone logged under the AWNewbie citizen
account, for instance, all the time to grant rights to anyone requiring
AWNewbie citizen rights.

under the age of 13.

Alcohol (in anything more than a small amount) and tobacco are vices
that will continue despite illegalization; look at what happened during
Prohibition in the U.S. While I agree that it should be illegal, it
won't stop those who are unfortunate enough to become addicted.
Illegalization and a strong anti-alcohol/anti-tobacco sentiment in
society would reduce the problem.

I think the best solution is to illegalize mass production of products
whose sole purpose is detrimental to human health. At least then there
would not be businesses making profits off of products that kill people.
As for the actual usage of tobacco and alcohol at home, this should not
be illegal as it cannot be enforced reasonably.

This has been wished for before months ago, however I would like to
reintroduce the topic.

I would like to be able to divide my contact list up to categories, and
collapse/expand these categories to my liking. Sort of like how contact
lists are handled in AIM, MSN, Trillian, Yahoo, ICQ, and others?

I wouldn't mind the ability to attach notes to contacts as well so I can
keep track of things I need to do for people, what organizations people
are on, etc.

Hopefully this is something we could see for 4.0? I really could use an
improved contact list!

Exactly, so someone could could unblock telegrams from you by
disallowing you to put them on your contact list. Though maybe two
different lists are needed - contacts ..and *sly smile* enemies!

I'd like to see a feature added to the contact list that would let you
set an alert or alarm to go off when a certain citizen logs on. This
would be useful for when I need to speak to somebody ...as I'm prone to
keeping my tabs off and don't see when someone comes on.

I recently found an old teleports.txt of mine and merged it with my new
teleports.txt and BAM! Now I have so many teleports I can't handle of it
and it's hard to find a teleport that I'm looking for. I wish that we
could organize teleports into folders :)

Yes I think this would be a very good addition. I have to deal with chat
logs often and it gets confusing when there is no indication of what is
a whisper or not!

I see a potential problem:

Telegram sent from Blocker to Victim.
Blocker blocks telegrams.
Victim can't reply.
Blocker unblocks telegrams.
Blocker sends another telegram.
Blocker blocks telegrams before Victim can reply.
Victim can't reply again and is still being abused with telegrams.

So it'd be, unblock-telegram-reblock over and over. If this could be
fixed, this would be a terrific idea. Maybe if someone blocks you, your
counter-block remains in effect for a set amount of minutes after that
someone unblocks?

I hope that's not confusing, if it is, I'll be glad to reword it.

I don't like this idea :( Such ratings would be subjective and wouldn't
really be worth much value. If AWI were to implement such a feature like
this, I would hope it would be optional (though that really defeats the
purpose).

I think maybe being able to post comments (moderated by the world owner)
somehow about the world would make more sense.

Regarding 4.1 -- would you rather 4.1 be released by January with bugs
and problems and lacking features or would you rather wait longer and
get a good, high quality product?

I think you ought to push for the mapper update - that's far more
realistic :)
