Your definition of "giving away" varies greatly from mine.
Regardless of where I am from, copyright laws are universal.

I've looked further into any copyright issues;
There are no trademarks or patents protecting any of the content of the
Grand Theft Auto series.
I have exhausted all possibilities, and if I am somehow incorrect in my
conclusion, I will welcome any correction by anyone, as long as a credible
source is noted.
Even though it is looking like everything is free for me to use, I will
exercise caution in dealing with the content I place in AGTA, as
RockstarGames are one of my most favourite game developers (hence why I am
leading this project).
And for the record, the only thing that is copyright material is the title
"Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas" - This excludes the title "San Andreas"
being exclusive to RockstarGames or any other party.
Thanks,
Equin0x.

Just getting out the bad blood.
Bit odd, seeing as there aren't many people around now days, as compared to
five years ago.

You say that as if your advertising an upcoming event.
I missed it, so now all your doing is making me wish I didn't.

Yeah, don't get me wrong.. I'm not giving your program negative feedback. I
believe you did very well and that it will help the community a lot.
I was just messing around.
And yeah, textures will never be safe really.
