Wonderful.
Does it include that feature where you posted before, on the forums? The one
with the lush green grass. I am waiting so bad to see that myself!

I was yet to move anywhere, and was flooded with that.
And for the record, it is a fresh install Active Worlds (didn't overwrite
3.6) - Installed at C:\Active Worlds - AWE is installed at the default path,
overwriting the previous version.

Instead of increasing the cell limit, and because the objects database is
bigger (which is making less objects fit in a cell), couldn't they just
recode the browser -- if the browser says fit in XX number of data in a cell
for Mega cell, couldn't they just up it?
That way, it'll still be the same as 3.6 really.

I was waiting for that one, RoadKill.
And I think there would be quite some danger in adding this feature. Worlds
and browsers would be crashing left right and centre.
If there was a need for the feature, it would've been out long ago.

From memory, they fixed the debug issues only after *some* citizens were
messing with memory addresses and doing all fancy kind of things, including
enabling object selection back in Stagecoach to check out the new object
properties.

What. The. Hell. That is the best way to put it. It is the only way I could
start this post.
99% of the time, I have always been behind all of AWI's actions. This isn't
as major as marking up prices and all that jazz, but that is aweful.
We pay $69.95 per year, and we cannot even use bad language between
ourselves in the middle of nowhere?
AWI has defintally over-done it with the censorship.
At present, I cannot see the Custom Aide bot, so I'm guessing it has since
been cut.
I believe the world ratings were alright, no harm there. The excessive
"Beware Activeworlds may not be suitable for some..." blah blah bullcrap, we
could all live with, despite taking up valuable space for nice welcome
messages and room in AW GZ that sign objects occupied.
But this has gone way too far.

Probally due to something unexpected, or something nasty happened, that was
expected.
Either case, it's what you gotta deal with until they either 1. Fix the
problem, or 2. set it for huge again.
Maybe the next build will allow you to build more in the one cell, under
this setting.

With the "plugin" server, the code can be written and implanted for direct
and lag-less results.
This will also allow everyone in the chat area to recieve a filtered
message.
The reason it is not done? I'm not sure.. There are a few reasons, but hell,
who knows what AWI thinks.
