Maybe I'm insane, but I was wondering, how does one get a job with
ActiveWorlds, Inc.?
The 'Jobs' section on the site is always set to the same "Currently, no
positions avaliable..", which makes me wonder if ENZO even knows such a page
exists.
Anyways, you tell me, what can we do?
I doubt you'd read this, or anyone from AWI would read this, let alone reply
to me.

I live in Australia, Sydney.
I was going to post the exact same thing, about having one in Australia.
I always wanted to goto an AW Reunion, as it deals with not only the
celebration and party, but also includes a techtalk.
Unfortuantly, AWI are the only ones who do the techtalk (Well, possibly the
UK has some sort of techtalk), but the Australia/New Zealand counterparts
have nothing, not even their own registered uni.. And the old "Awaba" (god
knows where it went), didn't count either.
But hell, if you ever organize anything, if its within my boundries I will
be there. Perth, I'd no doubt be able to get to either.

Well, I have relations in Perth, and I my dad actually wants to go to perth
one time, so if there was one in Perth, providing there is enough notice,
I'd likely be able to get there. So yes, I could get to Perth, in most
cases.

Provided with the webspace, I could put together a simple page or two on
this.. You might be able to find free .info giveaways on google.com even..
I'm not sure if any sites still offer it.. But its an easy domain, and very
inexpensive, obviously.
If you got a .info or anything such, I would be able to use some of my ISP
space to host a website.

My question still stands.
Was it version 562? :)
Andsomeone probally just messed up a little, and made the public release 562
by mistake.. Just what happened with 3.6 when it went beta, it was released
for one day, before they cut it back to the beta team again.

It's a pity that build 562 isn't open beta, as it doesn't have all that new
changes, nothing to hide from the public, unlike 4.0. The only reason would
be bugs, but those who download a beta version must expect that.

Not sure if this is the reason, but AWI have responded to (what is believed
be to) this case. They have already posted a sign at the northen direction
of GZ in AlphaWorld.
Apparently, from what I've heard, a tourist was giving out the URL in
AWGATE.. RWebster most likely responded to this.
