Looks like your little peace thing backfired :-/
Why don't ya'll take this to Andras' flames group? it is a good place for
this type of thing... news://news.andras.net/OffTopic.flames
it seems like a VERY good place for it to be, not particularly in the

If that's the case, then why didn't she just mention some examples? heh,
with AWTeen meetings, generally they are on Saturdays, sometime around 6pm
vrt, so, if you don't want to get left out of the loop, just make sure you
go into awteen on a saturday and find out if there is a meeting that day

what group are you talking about? there are many meetings of many groups,

70 bucks isn't that much to get ahold of, if you really want to. And even
6.99 a month is way doable for those of us who have small pocket books. If
you are a teen, or younger, then all that means is hold on to $2 bucks a
week for four weeks, and you got yourself money for a month citizenship!
It's really not too hard, I had to scrap money together for a renewal just
awhile back, the first time I've had to pay the full huge price. However, I
found that paying monthly is a lot easier to handle.
Another possible way of doing things, is by simply asking your parents to
buy it for you. Or perhaps for a christmas/birthday/easter/random holidy
gift.
It all depends on how badly you want a citizenship! It's definately doable.
These are just things you can do offline. There are also many contests and
games that you can play inside AW where citizenships or citizenship
extentions are being offered.
So, it's definately accessible, if you want it!

Alrighty then, here is my little disposition on complaining. I am purely
anti-complainers... you see, here is my thoughts. Anyone can complain their
little hearts out. I can do it, you can do it, anyone can. However,
complaining, fighting, all of that doesn't solve a single thing, just gets
on people's nerves. There is a line between voicing an opinion and
complaining... for instance, you only need to voice your opinion once, you
don't have to defend it, because it's your opinion. If someone attacks your
opinion, so what? Of course, then the problem comes with our pride, not
wanting ourselves to look "wrong" or "bad", heh. If people attack this post,
for instance, I'm not going to give a care, because it's my opinion :-) but,
if I posted this type of post over and over again, it would get redundant,
and I would simply be complaining about complaining :D
but yeah... my opinion is that it is pointless to complain. I mean, come on,
what good is it doing other than making people annoyed, and stressing
everyone out? I respect people's opinions, but when opinions turn to
complaining, it gets old real fast.
Another thing, is that it's my experience that nothing gets solved by
complaining, it generally only makes things worse. The best way to solve
things is not to complain, in my opinion, but is to get involved in the
community, and try to fix it in whatever way you can... For instance,
getting involved with a community organization like AWEC, or a world like
AWTeen. Or :P if the complaints are about the PK's or GK's, why not get
involved with them? and slowly try to change perceptions and behaviors, at
least in yourself as a GK or PK, so that you can help those organizations
get better.
With tourist access, I can see why voicing opinions can be important in
getting it fixed, my opinion is that they should be allowed in AW, however,
stating it over and over again gets old. Instead, why not concentrate on a
plan which could help AW afford to let tourist have full access again? We
could collaborate on a marketing plan, for instance.
There are so many different ways in which we can help the community we live
in, and in my opinion, that doesn't include complaining :-)

*grin* I guess it's a good thing that I don't like naming names, isn't it?
but anyways, just to clarify, my post was addressing a much bigger crowd
than one person :P

I've never been able to figure it out, only that they must be people who
have very low self esteem, or self respect
