Hate to ruin in the parade, but adding telegram functions to bots creates several problems:
Bots can send telegrams over and over, eventually causing problems with the server (Ever been flooded with telegrams?)
If you don't like what the bot says, how can you block it?
Being telegrammed by a bot can be just...wierd.
Although it is a good idea, it needs a little ironing out. Kepp this thread goin ;)

I concur with Agent1's assessment.... Lens Flare usually occurs with "multiple lenses" and not with a single lens. (your eye has only one "lens"). Depending on the angle of light entry and the shape of the lens.....it can occur in a single lens....but much less likely to happen.

The insides of lenses are coated with an anti-reflective material to help reduce the amount of secondary reflections known as ghost. In the case where bright lights are facing the lens, the lens coating is not fully effective and secondary reflections occur producing what are known as lens flares. Each part of the camera that light travels through before reaching the film may cause a secondary reflection which can show up as spots or banding. For this reason Zoom lenses with many focusing elements may have a complex looking flare, while prime lenses with only a few elements will result in simplistic looking flares."

you don't need AWI's permission to do this....just "sub-class" the browser and add anything you want to the AWB menu system.
For instance I can write a VB app that adds "Run Leo's Proggy" to the Help menu of the AW browser and when you select it it would run any app I tell it to....or even make a call to "rundll" :) Just food for thought...:)

LOL ya know I did notice that, and was gonna suggest you're in the wrong NG for this question.

Because its more compatable and it does what you need to do. GIF is far from "outdated".
Not to mention much easier to use when writing code to support it.
