Something EVERYONE:Should Be Aware Of

Mar 14, 2002, 11:20am
I think it is to avoid purchasing a radio set, a CD player, a TV set, ...and
maybe who knows, tomorrow we'll avoid even to buy the coffee
machine...Actually I prefer one machine that can manage anything...than many
for a specific use. But this is only my opinion of course

A computer is NOT designed for anything in particular but what the future
development of the technology is leading to, hardware and software designs are
changing faster and faster and the radio is only an old device that is going to
be forgotten in the future years.

The only good way to ignore the problem is to not buy a radioset, and to be true
I do not have any radioset here...and hardly will buy any. Apart from my
personal interests, I am not sure how it happened to talk about AWCOM starting
from a radio set...

Radioset not Radio...maybe I didn't explain myself clearly...a radioset is a stand
alone receiver, radio means a way to broadcast things...mmmh well I was talking
about radiosets, those boxes that do a lot of noise..., not sure what you were
thinking about:)

The meaning of life

Oct 4, 2003, 7:27pm
who cares about meaning of life, would an answer change something to
life? Suppose the meaning was to go reproduce and die...would you be
happy with it? So let's create our own meaning...the best will win the
competition..and pelase do not ask me details about it :)

Not to be picky,...but...
I think converters are a good topic.. and I am sure rwx would deserve a better entry among modelers plugins. No matter if people is only
full of young energy and not much skilful...or is creative and do it for a living, fact is the rwx format is the last of the queue...

Goodbye

...and you said..this is all related to low self-esteem? is it?
icey

[View Quote] > Um, the twit didn't have to post his goodbye message in EVERY damn newsgroup, nova. This one would've sufficed. I seriously doubt he had as many friends as you think he did. Take a basic psychology class and perhaps you'll understand why. It's called low self-esteem, and by posting in ALL the AW newsgroups (and I believe the City4All and Andras' newsgroups as well), he was attempting to make himself feel more important than he actually is. He's an immature little kid seeking attention. Why do you think he capitalizes the first letter of every word? To be different; to attract attention. He couldn't be more transparent than if he were completely invisible. :)

Re: newbiness (was Re: AW name history)

Hi Henrik...i am not replying to your post..this is a 'solitare 3 or more
lines;-) addon'
Things has changed, AW's changed, but we are all still pioneers,...and this is
still the past...we'd need to study and apply some new ideas ..i noticed
everyone is freezing into their own positions, knowledge, tasks..someone is even
still thinking about how to apply and make old ideas work....a few collaborative
efforts ..maybe due to high costs and risks..fighting doesn't help much...but VR
will still go on..and i will always follow. AW is the technology like it or not,
if someone think it isn't working properly i am sure it's because he's unable to
use it properly, and before thinking it's not reliable let's try to make the
best out of it...it's more interesting
...because it works..and when i see 'houses and flowers..and flowers ..some
flowers again and oh! look other houses' i get depressed..no matter the colors

icey

Assuming this NG has a person behind the counter...who's behind the counter
then? It's not a question of ranting..I am understanding it is a question of
beign offensive, unpolite, rough, superficial, depressive and inadequate...who's
not bothering means won't spend a penny of his precious time to build anything
more than what is already available on the net, ...though... the net was built
by ppl that did spend much of their precious time to share ideas and help...long
