As for object paths, that's a whole other story. Even then, servers are
designed for that sort of load and should have no problem with it.

* Unfulfilled Contracts.

Please direct your attention to * number 6. Possibly * number 2. One
could argue that they could change the EULA that would allow them to act
the way they do, but you cannot change a contract mid-contract (and
companies that have done this for paid services have been found at fault
in court).
