I use DX8a the latest version of DX8 and 98SE, and no problems here
whatsoever. I still dislike the fading midis but oh well that's another

That's because tourists can build there for free and be way far away from
people that may delete their builds. Also builds stay that are built in
alpha unlike some worlds where the owner can delete your stuff or just up
and disappear the next day, I won't mention any names of people or worlds,
they know who they are, LOL

Oh yes and 1 more problem, GREED on the part of AW keeps smaller worlds from
having the capacity to have more than a few people. I don't know why they
insist on limiting worlds and have even cut back the number from what it was
at one time the amount of people a world is allowed to hold based on it's
size. I see nothing but GREED in that part of the deal to try and get you to
purchase an even larger world that people may want to visit but not want to
build in. The only advantage of having a larger world is to allow more
people in at one time and to have more land to build, but what about private
worlds like mine where I want alot of the people but not all the land, lol
They don't give me any options.

Yes I have used it ever since I had the AW browser, makes everything alot
clearer for me and less grainy looking. I prefer using it to not using it.
It all depends on what kind of graphics card you have, some have no change
some have positive change and some negative. I give it a very positive
rating, lol

First of all I am going to apologize to the News Group for this turning into
a flame throwing contest, it was never my intent but that's what it turned
into.
Secondly I think insanity's post was one of the best replies here in their
advice to children in this community and I could not agree more. You never
know who you are dealing with in this place and just because someone can do
great things with 3D objects does not necessarily mean they are someone to
be trusted, don't be fooled by this or be blinded by their abilities in AW
if they are divuldging in illegal activities and have given you that
information even in confidence or you are the subject of their illegal acts,
please do something about it and notify the local authorities.
Thirdly I would like to say that I honestly believe everything FriendPA has
told me and all the information she gave me about Just In. I would have
never come to the NG with this if I did not believe this was 100% true. I am
willing to put this behind me now, I will never forget, and I can never
forgive Just In for all that he has done, but I will get past this and leave
it in the past now. If this has adversely effected Just In's reputation,
maybe he has a clue now how he has tried to destroy FriendPA's reputation
here in AW. FriendPA is a mother, wife and most importantly to me, a very
good friend. I did this against her wishes, she never wanted to release this
information, but I have seen this man slander her name all over the NGs and
she is and has done nothing wrong to Just In. Only in his own mind does he
feel he has somehow been mistreated by her. But remember 1 thing, New York
World belongs to FriendPA and if Just In did not want to give PA the objects
he made to upload to her OP he did not have to do that, no one forced him to
send them to her, ok.

After reviewing the issues you all have with each other, your work and who
can enter your worlds, I can see that this is very complex. It is also well
outside our responsibility or entitlement to step in and solve. The
disagreements you have with each other are impossible for us to mitigate. I
hope that you will be able to find a way to either work things out
individually or to ignore each other. If this comes to a point where a legal
decision is granted then we will certainly support such decision. In the
meantime there is really nothing we can do.
Please keep in mind that everyone is entitled to their opinion, whether we
think they are right or wrong. Opinions made in newsgroups, public
discussion or private discussion are not a form of harassment even if the
opinion is about you personally. All users are entitled to their opinions
and they have the right to voice them.
As you are aware you already have the ability to mute speech and whispers
from individuals by right clicking their avatar. If you would like we can
make a bot available to run in your worlds which can eject certain cit
numbers. Please let me know if this option is of interest.

We would have loved to drop it Casay but because AW did nothing to stop it
as you can see in my prior post with the email I was sent, that was not
possible after months of reporting Just In to them. AW could have sent a
clear message to Just In by locking him out for a time being. maybe then he
would have taken things more seriously that AW was not going to tolerate him
doing what he was doing to us. But no they didn't, they decided to lock me
out instead with absolutely no grounds for doing so according to their
gudielines for taking action on any matter involving Cit owned worlds. But
the big bad AW can come down off their roost and do this to me, they are
just as pathetic as Just In is. There is a real double standard going on
here and the only one causing all the problems is AW.com themselves.

anticipated was that Just In had alot of leverage in this community because
