Xela's help pages should have some scripts you could learn from.

Actually Tony M made me a bot that goes threw an object list you give it, so
I could clean up my OP a little. Unfortunately, I can't find a link. I'll talk to Tony to see if he still has a copy. -- Signed, TheMask :: Owner of Delusional-Minds Hosting :: Free world hosting.. Just a T-Gram will do it. http://www.delusional-minds.com Tropical Storm FrancesSep 7, 2004, 12:33am
This doesn't belong in the bots newsgroup.

You should be only using Adaware and Spybot Search and Destroy for your
spyware needs; and HiJackThis for some cases. Other software are wannbes/stolen databases so i've heard. -- Signed, TheMask :: Owner of Delusional-Minds Hosting :: [View Quote] *nixNov 14, 2004, 2:28pm
The new ChatRelayBot version supports *nix, and is going great. It will
be released soon, and probally Tony M will be replying to this thread with more info ;) -- Signed, TheMask :: Owner of Delusional-Minds Hosting :: Free world hosting.. Just a T-Gram will do it. ChatRelayBot 3.1 Public BetaNov 15, 2004, 6:57pm

I'm not sure where the C++ AW Bot SDK is at, but yes you do need to
include it so the compiler understands. -- Signed, TheMask :: Owner of Delusional-Minds Hosting :: Free world hosting.. Just a T-Gram will do it. Please Guide me!Nov 24, 2004, 8:35pm
What you can do is make a shoutcast server and make them listen to that,
but other then that there isnt anything you can stream in activeworlds, *yet*, maybe. You can build a virtual classroom by buying a world, and making/showing anything you want to them; pictures, models, whatever. I'm sure others will respond to this, yet this wouldn't really shouldnt be in Bots.. should be in worldbuilders ;) Good Luck. -- Signed, TheMask :: Owner of Delusional-Minds Hosting :: Free world hosting.. I am a webhost, and I can do bot hosting.. yet it'd be my first time. I
have 2 servers; One linux, other Windows. Bot hosting...Jan 14, 2005, 8:55pm
It wouldn't be hard on Windows to control your bots, and your domains
under one server. You could login with an account, and control everything graphically, basically. Bot hosting...Jan 15, 2005, 1:19am

Of course you would need to restrict access. Windows 2003 is built like
that, to have permissions to what and on. I have been playing with Windows 2003 Server for quite a while now. For the IP pools, it's quite easy. They're about a $1 each, and given to me. I install them, then she has access to them to do as she wishes under a control panel (we're using PLESK, and plesk.com somewhere in there for a demo of the panel). As for DNS, that's easy too. find from search engines... Bot hosting...Jan 15, 2005, 8:20pm
Sounds like you have a cooling problem.. try opening it up and cleaning
some dust out. You can buy a product that is especially done for that stuff, computer cleaner. It's just a air blower, can't really think of the exact name for it though. Bot hosting...Jan 16, 2005, 5:28am

You should grow up, Alin. I was only joking in the first place. Maybe
the newsgroups are too mature for you. ISO: Random Tours AdviceJun 27, 2005, 1:07pm

I think I get what you mean, Jim. You would want a bot that teleports
with you, spits out information, maybe even move slowly to whatever, like a real tourism thing, right? ISO: Random Tours AdviceJun 27, 2005, 10:25pm

You could create it in Preston IF you had the time.
