babysitter and moderator are two separate things.
A post from Enzo saying to move and stop posting about this would have been
nice. I don't think a thread deletion would have been warranted.

You're a very giving person. But odds are that if the parent doesn't
understand "all this new fangled 3d stuff" they won't let their kid spend
$1300 to renew a world that they personally don't own. I know I'm kind of

So having the world built for them is a bad thing?
As for ulterior motives... stop doing that. First of all it's unlawful
for a business to do that, and second, no businessman in his right mind
would do such a thing.
He'd just take the money and run. :D

Well, you obviously weren't living in the same universe I was. Where you
concentrated on building and features in your post, I concentrate on the
friends I have made in AW. Many are lifelong relationships, actually.
It's up to you whether you want to decide whether or not the price is worth
it. I respect that. And you actually did bash the software, even though
you say you don't. I'm sorry that you seem to have taken up the cause to
open our eyes, or whatever, because it's not really a question of that.
It's a question of whether or not we, the huddled masses, deem this software
good enough to spend time on. You can't force people to love or hate a
software. It's an individual choice, and I respect yours.
But let me wish you what most of the other citizens in this uniserver wish.
And that's good luck to you. Drop by now and then (especially swcity.net)
;) . Hope you do well in life!
Cheers!

Sound Blaster has a good hardware midi synthesizer. So do some of the older
ESS #### sound cards, where number is the model name, like 1870 or something
like that. I had an ESS card that apparently had the same midi definitions
as the Nintendo 64 hardware did, because any video game midis I played on my
computer came out exactly like the video game music.

I think it's not the intended purpose part... well that's what started
