emm naa, cuz no would would read the advertising ng, and so the people
advertising will get no responses, and so, they will just come back to
advertising on the other ngs. so it would just be a waste. like a TV station
with nothing but adverts, would you wanna watch that?

ya well, it would'nt really work as well, it would be pointless in AW, since
say you hide the contacts tab, you'll still be taking up the same amount of
space, just you won't be able to choose to see your contacts anymore.
and if you mean how it's split up in height, that would be abit silly, as
for aw, the current system is much better, as you need all the space.

or just being able to make plug ins for the browser would be great :)
plugins to control the movement/speed/ 3d view thing and camera, etc! with
that, we could make AW pretty kick ass! :)

wish there was a way for the browser to communicate with bots. so you can
use normal commands, like, activevate, bump or create, and so, when say, you
click on an object, the browser, sends a message to all the bots in the
area, telling them, you clicked on an object. would be very useful for bot
controlled bump commands, or whatever
-SWE

no, if it was browser side, could be made so that it only sends the info to
the server, only when the object has the command to send. and i was talking
bout mostly bumps! for better games! :)
and how the hell could it be used against people? O_O spy bot? wow, so what
if a bot can tell if you hit an object!

ya, but the client would only send the message if the object has the
command. so, not every single object, just certain ones.

wish it were possible to have like a list of commands, which happen one
after the other, like, first it rotates 90 degrees, then when thats done it
then moves say 5m forwards, and then when thats done, it moves 5m up. would

no, about that many cits. since most those cits have, and not everyone will
use all that space, and still more who wont bother writing a profile, would
need 1gbs tops, and with that you'd have plenty of free space, just to be

security is just something most people (especially you americans >_<, not so
much with europeans, though they are catching on) are overly worried about.
so what if someone a thousand miles away knows how old a child is, or what
city they live in? is there really that much of a chance that someone would
hunt them down, and use them as child sex slaves? really doubt it. i think,
when it comes to the whole security thing, just implement the feature, and
have it in the user liecense, that activeworlds is not responsible for what
they see, do, write, or what they allow others to see, etc.
