Its because terrain is stored differently than objects... The object
database is based on the limitations of the world licencing, however terrain
is not, its that way to allow you to create 'as far as you can see' kinda
styles.
Best bet is use a bot to flatten the terrain and then just rebuild the
middle bit.

Banning by computer ID cannot be taken any futher as you would need an
option to not send this information to the server, just like MS has to
include a 'send unique ID' in its Media Player.

The moral of the story is to start by erasing the first part of the file
headers containing the entry point and add a JMP to the end of the file,

Egh... IDA Pro / Olley Debug / Winhex / fhred, all perfect programs... If
you click the run button, its really basically your own fault, best thing is
to dissable execute rights to the file, and just have open rights.
