Now didnt this quickly turn into a personal attack by someone who seems to claim awteen has no Maturity.
Part 1: I am not in the USA nor do I have any desire to, therefore by default I am not a senitor.
Part 2: Logic is used in the minds, not in bags, kindly rephrase your statement so it makes some sence.
Part 3: I only use PS in AWTeen at events.
Part 4: You shuold come to AWTeen some time, and see why its nearly always #1 - 2 on the world list, while AWDebate remains with about 1 person in it.

It takes 2 to argue, I understand your worries about the comments directed towards the CY executive team, but thats long gone, we can have the team discuss with the community rules and such at a time closer to the next time, but as of now, If you can demonstrate and show that You are willing to put an end to it, then Linn will have nowhere else to go.

If the Cy Awards Executive Team, which I happen to be on, is accused of having done something wrong without any details of who or what, then I think it only fair that I should be able to ask what the accusation is. So far she has only been able to indicate that perhaps she may possibly have been talking about the Selection Committee, but I don't even see her backing that up. So if she drops it, I will too... but if she replies with more statements "implying" that I may have done something wrong, then I will again ask what, until she either drops it or answers that one simple question. Maybe I'm carrying this too far, but I'm not used to having my integrity attacked so don't be surprised if I act like this is not an every day occurrance to me.

Easy way to sort that.
Can all of us have each others full agreement that we will put a complete and immediate stop to this charade and that we will take up this issue at a time where all parties are present and in agreement as to a location etc, the Newsgroups are not really preferable.
I trust everyone is already doing this, but id also like TechnoZeus and Linn to post and say that this is the end of it until it can be sorted out in a meeting with all parties involved.

Yes, light is a 3d effect, the corona is just drawn, so you cant see it when an object is drawn infront. Although if you have a fast moving spot1red.rwx and have it rotate infront of a corona you can tempo see the corona though it.

I personally dont believe im reading this, this is the only place in the whole of Active Worlds where a large number of people can see others thoughts at any time, the newsgroup is 1 of the fundimental hearts of the community, its where we tell others of what were doing, tell people about events, and just have general chat among the entire community.
If we shut down the newsgroup we loose all this, but if you do not want these newsgroups the simple solution is to unsibscribe for them, but do not attempt to get them closed for the rest of us.

I do not think that AW users should be given the right to moderate this newsgroup, only AWI themselfs, we already have the PKs ruling almost all but 4 AW worlds, GKs in 1, TPs in another and WKs in AWNewbie and AWSchool. This is really the only place for fully expressed free speach (within reason)
While I think that moderation is a good idea, I think that it should be done by people who can be held directly responcable for bad ideas (So AWI) and id have much more faith in someone like Flagg, over some of the people who may end up moderating it.
