As yuo all probably know diffent objects of the same time repeat textures on them differnt numbers of times, such as a walk000.rwx repeats tv.jpg 1 time, walk008.rwx repeats the tv texture 8 times. I think a nice command so we can set this ourselfs may be handy.

I would have thought being able to enter immidate live update mode would have been idea for hundreds of possable objects that need to create objects on the fly. Think of the time saved, querying a 5x5 cell grid is NOT fun when you need to do something within about 5 seconds of state changing...

It would be nice to be able to resolve a citizen number from a citizen name without having to first log in with a valid citnum. Hence you could login using a citname instead.

Lazzyyyyy.
Just use AW_EVENT_AVATAR_ADD, AW_EVENT_AVATAR_CHANGE and
AW_EVENT_AVATAR_DELETE. Like the rest of us... if you cant be bothered to do
that each time set up a bot shell with it all in to start with, or program a
wizard to make the bots core like I did for Echelon.

As for the SDK storing it... Do you like control of your programs being
whipped away to OCX's and DLL componets (No smart comments Baron [Freesize
(Yuck) and Trayit (Yuck Yuck) Are now well gone to be replaced by direct
API], or im comming around to get you!).

Also.. what in nuts name are you still using the old VB SDK?

To be honest I agree its a hard transition to make... but thanks to some
advice from Baron a month or 2 pereviously I started making bots that
declaired variables for each function and then using them in arguments.. and
then it was just a matter of replace sdk.awavatarname with
aw_string(AW_AVATAR_NAME) ETC

Just find > Replace and do it like that for the key fields... If you need to
get what types, use the object browser.. its also possable to identify the
method Ids in capitals... and to use that to break it down via a macro,
although i never tried because my code was easy enough to do in 1 swoop with
the code enhancments of going to varables first.

Yes, but ive always been told by my ICT / Business teachers that the data
protection act cannot be overriden by any disclaimer from companies in the
WTO, EU etc, although they remove themselfs from risk of being sue'd if
information is accidently made available, they are still bound by law to
keep the information secure to the best of their ability, as stated by only
keeping / viewing private and confidential information if their is a lawfull
purpose to do so for operations and that the user(s) must be informed each
time privatly related information is being viewed / released. The DPA is
effective against all private one to one communication defined as private
messaging.
