Time & Date Stamp Errors in AW Browser

Jan 2, 2000, 7:19pm
For over a year, I've gotten time and date stamp errors relating to the
AW browser when using Norton Disk Doctor (it does not happen on every
scan using Disk Doctor following usage of the AW browser, but it happens
a vast majority of the time). I use several different versions of the AW
browser (for Active Worlds, Outer Worlds, Dreamland Park, etc...) and it
happens with all of them. A friend and co-worker, who also uses AW and
NDD, experiences the same exact errors (and has expressed her frustration
to me on this subject many times). In addition, I talked to someone today
who also uses AW, and gets the same errors while running the Win98
version of Scandisk. They said they have reported this error to AW in the
past, but nothing had ever been done to fix the problem. Do any of you
experience the same errors?

Time & Date Stamp Errors in AW Browser

I am using Norton SystemWorks 2.0, which has Norton Utilities 4.0. I
hadn't thought about VRT, but that really does make sense. I wasn't
planning on upgrading to Norton SystemWorks 2000 for awhile yet (I just
bought NSW 2.0 last spring), and thought about purchasing an upgrade when
the next version of NSW is released, which will no doubt, with Symantec's
upgrade record, be in the next few months...hehe

Thank you everyone for your help. At least I know I'm not the only one
experiencing this problem :)
