What does it take?Oct 10, 2001, 11:31pm
Just ponder this for a minute. Who exactly is the company here? Is it
really my job to pay them for their services, and then take even more time to make sure they are doing them correctly? If ActiveWorlds was really a serious company, they would make sure that their clients were not double-billed, or ask for credit card information via e-mail. E-mails can be intercepted by just about anyone. Would you be willing to give out your credit card information in a public chat room? I think not. BCG [View Quote] Unfair ejection...Dec 5, 2001, 2:01am
If you are going to eject someone in a public world, you need a reason. If
it is done on your own personal server in your own personal world, that is a different story. AWTeen is an AW world, so you must follow the AW guidelines. Being annoyed is no reason to eject someone from a public world. Ejections are for the benefit of the users, not for the benefit of the ejector. In this case, it's obvious that guidelines were not followed. BC America (Cross-Post)Dec 13, 2001, 12:38am
After much waiting, the world America is finally back online. Jetta lewis
has left a message in GZ, but I thought it might also be helpful to post it here, so all the former CA and AB's are informed. "Attention all AB's and CA's. There will be a meeting of all members, present and past, this Sunday at 9:00pm, est (12AM VRT). We need to discuss the future of America. Please try to attend. You know where. Jetta."
